Change of mind returns


Nolans are unable to refund items because you have changed your mind.

Please make sure you have your correct vehicle / product information and choose goods carefully. If you are unsure in any way please contact us before purchasing online.


Other Returns


Nolans will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, refund or repair where:

The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or

The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or

The product we sent you was not the one you ordered, or

The product does not match the sample or our description; and

You can present your Nolans receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.

Nolans may elect to return the product to the manufacturers repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. Nolans reserves the right to not offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect. Nolans do not cover any installation or re-installation costs involved.


Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

Your Nolans receipt is the best form of proof of purchase

Any refunds will be issued using your original payment method.
